Jake is a singer-songwriter from Ontario, Canada. He has released two albums to date - I STILL BELIEVE in 2001, and WELCOME HOME in 2011. He was nominated for 'Rock Album of the Year' by GMA Canada in 2011 (for his efforts on WELCOME HOME), and named one of the 2011 CANCON Radio Favorites by MORE Radio Magazine for his single, 'Mistake'.
