With a career spanning over 20 years Flying Colours' President Matt Smallwood spent almost a decade leading the daily operations of MapleMusic Recordings and Fontana North Distribution as General Manager, one of Canada's largest and most successful music companies. Matt's fiercely independent background in sales, marketing, promotion, publishing and licensing puts him at the forefront of the label services business. Matt has been involved in the careers and overseen domestic releases of many significant artists like Radiohead, Silversun Pickups, Alabama Shakes, Daniel Lanois, Death From Above 1979, and more.
