In partnership with Cultural Industries Ontario North (CION) and CIMA, MusicOntario is excited to announce a call for submissions from Ontario-based artists interested in showcasing at this year's M for Montreal, taking place from Thursday, November 20 to Saturday, November 23, 2025, in Montréal, QC.
Since 2005, M for Montreal has been a vital catalyst for emerging artists, propelling them toward national and international careers.Over three exciting days, more than 500 local and international music industry professionals will gather to discover showcases, attend inspiring conferences, and participate in strategic networking activities.
We are seeking artists who meet the following eligibility criteria:
- Must be based in Ontario
- Must be available to attend the full conference (November 20-23)
- Should demonstrate export-readiness through a track record of live performances (including festivals), music releases, and active professional development
All submissions will be reviewed by a panel of industry professionals. We appreciate all submissions, however, for administrative purposes, only successful applicants will be contacted.
