Join MusicOntario for an evening of music, mentorship, and community at The M Sessions, taking place at the legendary El Mocambo Starlight Room in Toronto.
Designed to bring together artists, producers, and music industry professionals, The M Sessions combines hands-on learning, live music, and meaningful networking in one evening. Attendees will have the opportunity to deepen their production knowledge, discover exciting artists, and connect with fellow members of Ontario’s music community.
The evening begins with an intermediate-level Logic Pro tutorial led by Toronto composer, producer, and multi-instrumentalist Alexandra Petkovski (FJØRA). Known for her genre-defying “cinematronic” sound, Alexandra has created music featured across major platforms, including film, television, and gaming, making this a rare opportunity to learn directly from a highly accomplished composer and producer.
Following the tutorial, the night continues with live performances from Zenesoul, a Juno-nominated independent R&B/Soul artist from Brampton whose soulful sound blends nostalgia with modern influences, and Chris LaRocca, a Toronto-born artist and producer known for his introspective songwriting and evolving roots-influenced sound.
Throughout the evening, guests will have opportunities to network with artists, producers, and industry professionals in a relaxed and welcoming environment.
