Their 2024 EP AHEM turned heads and put them on the map as an “unstoppable” act (Exclaim!). They’ve conquered festival stages across Hillside, Wintersong, Giantstock, and Reeperbahn, toured Europe, and earned spots opening for Dear Rouge, Matt Mays, Limblifter, and Bif Naked. And with their debut full-length album dropping in 2025, they’re only getting started.
Beyond their high-energy performances, ABM has proven their songwriting prowess, co-writing with members of Bush, Mother Mother, and Aysanabee—even contributing multiple songs to Aysanabee’s 2024 JUNO-winning album for Songwriter of the Year. Their success landed them a publishing deal with Arts & Crafts, setting the stage for further international placements.

Their latest single, “Sucking on a Lemon,” is a perfect showcase of their sound: crunchy guitars, driving drums, and a punk-edged, alt-rock punch. It’s raw, fun, and just a little chaotic—like biting into something unexpected but oddly satisfying. “We want people to feel like they’re in on the joke,” the band says. “Laugh, scream, or dance through the frustration. It’s about embracing life’s sourness with humor and defiance.”
And audiences are loving it. In just two weeks, the song racked up 11,000 streams on Spotify alone.
Their momentum keeps building. This year, they were invited to play Canada House at Reeperbahn Festival, repping Canadian talent on a global stage. Next up? They’re headed to Churchill, Manitoba, for Winterruption Festival, bringing their high-energy chaos to even more fans.
